About Us

Rickeyta and her husband, Anthony, jumped into the water of full-time entrepreneurship right before having their first child in 2014; it was either sink or swim. Her husband has been a natural entrepreneur since the young age of 6, but it was a learned and developed skill for Rickeyta.

While learning the ropes of marriage and building a business they found many benefits and rewards, such as random date days, family vacations, and financial freedom, in their earlier years they had to overcome financial hardships, effectively resolving conflict, hiring, and firing, and how not to get so consumed building a business that they forget to build a life. After their roughest patch, they had to ask themselves a serious question “what do we want and who are we doing this for?”. The answer to that question was the turning point in their life.

Rickeyta’s goal is to help business leaders build sustainable businesses without sacrificing their marriage to achieve success. She does this through coaching, guidance, live events, and on-demand courses.
